Depends on the generation of nuclear power plant. The newer ones gen 4+ won't have runaway type reactions and have other safety features built in. The engineers in the industry take safety absolutely seriously and I don't think they'll just sit there and take orders to not warn friends and family to evacuate if higher ups decide to pull a cover up.

I mean, I have no agency here. Elites do what they want. I just wouldn’t want to live anywhere near where they put up these sites
