So it's a big rec? Been trying to eat Kefir yoghurt and a shot of the absolutely revolting apple cider vinegar w. The mother diluted with a tad of warm water - the past couple of months. I don't feel worse but not sure I've noticed crazy differences

Oh right on. Next level stuff. Noted. I'm big on the fermented. This and kimchi have been the go to since I found them. This one tastes good.

I am basically all kimchi all the time after an unfortunate food poisoning incident with sauerkraut that left me unable to eat it anymore. lol. Idk what was wrong with it but I ate it and then basically vomited near instantly. Totally killed my taste for the stuff

Bloody hell yeah that'll do it. Atleast you've got the kimchi! On the list of least likely things to be doing Saturday night was having a chat with someone about fermented foods. Ty Have an awesome one
