The sad thing that he does not realize is that 40 year old that die of cancer are in fact just as "expensive" in their last 6 months (if not more) than anybody else.

Pretty much. And we already do refuse to pay that cost for people of all ages whenever we can. As someone with high likelihood of cancer it’s weird to look at this and know it probably will be me, too 😂 https://www.propublica.org/article/priority-health-michigan-cart-insurance-vanpatten-denials
