Well, to answer it head on. I do not worry about this for my brother, because I trust my brother’s judgment, both in his behavior and in who he chooses to associate with.

i also trust my brother's judgment, exactly as you do. trust for me, regardless of whether you are a man or woman, starts at zero and builds up to 100. everyone starts at zero. imo its very hard to truly know and trust one's motivations, particularly as you become more and more successful — regardless of industry.
