I just did a very similar workout Dumbbell bench 3x10x40# ea hand Pull up 5xAMRAP get min 8 reps per set Dumbbell flys 4x20x12# Narrow grip barbell bench 4x15x55# Zottman Curls 8x8x12# Sit-ups 3x15
