I think it's good on the whole, sometimes it drags a bit. But you get a good overview of the origins of the Christian church (the institution) and the individual religious movements within it. (I'm there right now). But I have to say that I read a chapter every now and then. (I read several books at the same time) Tom Holland also has a good history podcast.
