one underrated reason to be bullish for the next crypto cycle is the current US political situation hard to imagine a 2024 election where one side doesn't completely deny the voting results I'd assume US dollar confidence takes a major hit and people search for alternative monetary asset exposure

I don't at all, I'm realistic enough to understand the gains from this scenario will probably be offset by how bad things will eventually get in the US but I am still thankful that I have some sort of escape valve for holding value in an asset that isn't tied to the whims of political regimes

Kenny, you remind me of Martin Manley. He thought somewhat similarly to you, except he positioned with gold and silver. I care about human suffering and want everyone to have a fair shot at a free life I think leaving the current fiat-debt-based system and rebuilding on top of a non-political money would have huge long term benefits for humans I do not want to be king, but I will hold assets that may be valuable in the above scenario

I'm so far from a nihilist lol I believe humans are fundamentally good, there is unending beauty in the universe to appreciate, and I'm grateful for being born into the most prosperous era in human history but I see improvements that can be made in how we govern ourselves and I support making those changes a reality

I'm not asking for destruction, I'm asking for a transition to governance based on non-politicized money you assume that future is a Mad Max hellscape I assume that future would have some turbulence, but not as much as you think and the end gains in human freedom would be worth it

I am not seriously oppressed I have more freedom and opportunity than most people could ever dream but the vast majority of people don't have the life I have and their lives can be seriously improved I am ok with my little bubble being popped if it means people overall live far better lives 100 years from now

yes the majority of people are self-interested so if the majority of people in the world don't have the luxuries you and I have, they will support a new system without built-in benefits for the establishment revolution is likely because so many others are disenchanted, not because of my personal situation
