It is so easy to code stuff now I think every tech employee should be expected to have a certain level of baseline knowledge of how to do it and be able to do it as well

I’m an IT admin so quite technical, and I have tried to learn to code so many times. I get a couple lessons in, things are going well, and then I always hit a wall where I think the grammar is correct but nothing works and there’s no explanation why. I can kinda read code, but never write it.
