What tool do you guys like for customer feedback? 
We were going to use a Slack channel but Slack changed some stuff (pricing, invite link expirations) that make it infeasible for us to move forward with them. 

We will have basic channels: text, email set up but are there any tools you all have used and really liked? 

Canny seems OK..... 
We were inclined towards a FB Group.... 

Any recommendations welcome!
