It is so easy to code stuff now I think every tech employee should be expected to have a certain level of baseline knowledge of how to do it and be able to do it as well

It hurts my brain tho. And I didn’t *want* to be in tech, I wanted to be in energy, but alas “cleantech” is where I’m at (sorta. I don’t sell the tech I develop the infrastructure that is then orchestrated by the tech). I’m in sales though so I feel like I don’t really need to know how to code - or is that exactly why I need to know. lol

Yes! But you don’t need to be like amazing or even do it that often either like don’t break ur brain. Just be able to understand.
