It’s really interesting watching this unfold. I’ve had the unique perspective of growing up with guns, briefly becoming a “tacti-cool” dude, then moving much more centrist/left leaning. A lot of the limited edition hype and exclusivity isn’t really new, perhaps just more prominent. What is encouraging to see are more minorities utilizing their rights. It’s more important now than ever as the US starts to devolve into the Wild West

I know you are right but also have a little twinge in my heart. I would prefer a more collectivist approach to surviving chaos is my sadness.

Depends on what makes you feel safe, I guess. I feel safer knowing how to wield a firearm. A lot of this stuff is just dorky. You don’t need a limited edition scope or whatever to shoot to kill
