I can’t answer these questions because I have no idea what it is other than a music platform that you upload music to. 

What does it do? 
Why should you use tortoise over other similar platforms? 
What is the vision and goal?
Why have a token? What is it used for? 
How will tortoise improve the music industry? 
How does it enable better distribution?
