wrote something about community engagement. The term is awful. Everyone thinks they know what it means, but ask them how they recognize it and you get blank stares from most.

the title should actually be: Focus and measure the right actions members do in order to create an engaging community. But that's too long. Point is: If you want to create an engaging community you need to know what behavior to focus on.
