Quick lessons from running podcast for our community - find your niche as there are many podcasts out there ; for us it was the format ( rapid fire q to marketers + deep dives) - get the audio video set up right ( still a WIP but I overlooked it a lot) - focus on distribution explicitly : social media snippets, guest engagement, in built loops to get shoutouts for other companies Link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qF0VaETvwsw All suggestions are welcome
