When is it meaningful and engaging,  when is it taxing and distracting, when is it overwhelming and when is it just right?

Like if there's a large pot with lots of projects across broad parameters vs a small pot for a highly curated community with focused parameters

And then frequency...

So: how can we “structure” the QF round in such a way that it’s ideal for the social structure of the voters/proposers (assuming overlap in community)  so that voters & proposers feel happy(?) with the end result (?)
