deleted IG from my phone. 

i’m not sure what i’m tryna achieve but i felt the urge to do it after looking at the screentime hours. sooo here i am, casting from a phone without an app to doomscroll short format videos based on what it thinks i need to see/listen/believe. 🤓

downloaded duolingo to learn spanish to fill a gap from deleting IG. also watching more educational/informative content on youtube.

friend tried to lure me back to IG and said pls set a hard screen time limit but pls come back. sucks to say no 😭but i gotta do this for myself and see how it affects my day to days.

reddit replaced IG for my in 2019-2020 and i broke away from it in 2021 after twitter. 

IG came back into the picture bc i moved away from home in fall 2022 and it was the only place where it felt like i could keep in touch with friends. reels sucked me in and kept me around for 2 years.
