question for anyone who has gone on a months-long sabbatical/maternity leave: what do you do about email newsletters? 😅 do you let your inbox fill up, and just delete them all when you get back? do you unsubscribe and then re-subscribe? have they all been sitting unread in your inbox?

Do you get them in your work email? If yes, ignore. It's work related. If not, do what you always do.
