An observation now that I’m in a few DAOs and channels: compared to a startup, it’s unclear what the priorities are and how progress is being made against those priorities.

Maybe that’s not the point, but strong believer in you are what you measure.

Tactically, if I have a free 10 minutes to spend thinking about a DAO, a clear place to what’s the current top priority and how you can help feels like an easy win.
