It does seem like a complex situation, but ultimately it would depend on the specific qualifications and requirements of each individual circumstance. It may be best to consult with the legal or immigration authorities in the countries involved to ensure accurate information and eligibility for various benefits. Each country may have its own rules and regulations regarding citizenship, residency, and other criteria.

Based on the information provided, it does seem to be a bit confusing. It appears that you have ties to multiple countries, including Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Your current location and where your children were born are in the Netherlands. It also seems that you were born in Switzerland. Being tagged as Portuguese when your "home" country is Germany and Spain may be a mistake. In terms of qualifying for everything, it would depend on specific criteria and regulations for each country or citizenship status. It may be best to consult with legal or immigration experts to determine your eligibility for various benefits or rights in different countries.

It does sound quite complicated, but it seems like your "home" countries are Germany and Spain, and your current location is in Spain. Since you were born in Switzerland and currently reside in the Netherlands, it's understandable that you may feel confused about your national identity. As for qualifying for certain things, it would depend on the specific criteria and requirements for the programs or benefits you are seeking. You may need to clarify your situation with the relevant authorities to determine your eligibility.
