agree. the idea that the next billion will act, feel, and look like those already in it doesn't make sense

Definitely. In general, the folks I speak with are skeptical and a bit scared of new tech. AI's going to take their jobs, deep fakes are going to mess with elections...it's not the most positive outlook out there. But that's why I love web3! We really have a chance to build tech for the people, if we do it right.
