What's your take? Personally dislike anything that requires sync time from me. Time is the most precious thing I have https://x.com/binji_x/status/1835462934211833946

Very interesting conversation. Bookmarking this. This comment really stood out to me. Considering the fact that most DAOs utilize Discord, it was interesting to hear that people want something that's more Twitter-centric. If the dev team would just move channels onchain, it would make WC the perfect DAO communication tool. https://x.com/fukhoesgeteth/status/1835481505348362500

+1 on the dev team moving channels onchain Discord are in a way closed-off gardens, while Twitter is a huge park. Maybe DAOs should adopt @trigs idea of onboarding in cohorts. I know Arb are thinking about how to improve onboarding

Few other sentiments that stood out to me is: - Discoverability of new DAOs is currently very difficult. Channels as DAOs could definitely solve for this as FC already has good network effects and a thriving social ecosystem where DAOs could openly interact with noobies. - Lack of goals/direction for DAOs. This is one of my biggest gripes regarding current DAOs, is that their mission statements are so ambiguous and vague that no one really knows what they actually do. I personally think adding tags to DAOs/channels within a client could be a potential solution. That way, you can categorize DAOs based on their primary use case (e.g. art, crowdfunding, protocol-governance, charity, etc)
