Request for comment: @clauswilke published recommended changes to tipping parameters. This sounds right to me, but I'd like everyone's feedback before I push it up the chain.

Agree with the points that are being made. I don't have a habit of tipping for every good post that I come across. 

I'd take the proportion of casting vs degen-tipping into account when calculating the allocation.
