not sure about Plato. More like learning to listen to each other. Put a bunch of humans (adults and kids) together and tell them to do something (e.g., cook dinner, play a game, walk to the next tree). 

I think most people (inc. me) suck at listening and too often forget that the other person isn't you and sees the world differently.

kids will add rules and change the setting so that it still looks like the telephone game but the real message is transmitted in a different way.

Or just say one letter word. Kids are great at finding ways around rules. We should all be more like kids.
