not sure about Plato. More like learning to listen to each other. Put a bunch of humans (adults and kids) together and tell them to do something (e.g., cook dinner, play a game, walk to the next tree). 

I think most people (inc. me) suck at listening and too often forget that the other person isn't you and sees the world differently. 

punctuality is subjective and depends on your culture.

I personally think punctuality is nice to learn, but I get how it's a relic of factory times
