What are your communication norms? Do you use threads to keep it organized? Also, do you need a tool to help you understand how good the communication is 😉

We used Slack as an internal communication tool (chat, calls, customer support, etc.). And now attempting to do the same from Discord. Are you doing the same from Discord?

We’re currently only dealing with discord. The aim is to measure how healthy the community is. We aren’t yet there with the algorithm. Rn we are measuring active members, decentralisation of the social layer, & how fragmented the community is.
