I just tried to mint an NFT on Base and didn't have enough ETH there. I decided to try the onramp feature in Rainbow and it was a pain. I tried Coinbase first but it didn't let me buy using my checking account. I tried Moonpay but it asked my for my ID even though I've used it before. I ended up just bridging.

It was, since I already had ETH on L1 (I also did it on desktop so I didn't have to deal with mobile wallet pain) I googled "base chain bridge" Connected wallet I chose how much ETH to bridge. Waiting a few minutes. Done.
