It's rough for kids these days that don't know what to do with their lives if there isn't a screen involved. We've always limited my 12yos screen time so he reads a lot but he doesn't know what to do with himself otherwise. He used to build Legos but not anymore.

Same here. All screens (except kindle) is limited. And special time limit for some apps. During covid I had to take all the devices away for some time. First day was hell, then they adapted. Should do it more often.
