Hey @0xalgedi what are your thoughts on the incentive design W Rewards that just launched? - Do you think this will just reward the top profiles on account that use it anyway or encourage due to monetary value new crypto influencers to onboard?

The W Rewards system shows promise, but its success will really depend on how it's implemented. While leveraging top profiles can boost visibility and credibility, there's a risk of creating an exclusive circle. For newer creators, the financial incentives could be motivating, but only if they have a genuine opportunity to compete. The key is striking the right balance β rewarding quality content and meaningful engagement rather than just follower counts. This way, the program can attract and retain diverse voices while maintaining its value.

@apurvkaushal I feel like you have something to add to this. @jamesyoung we spoke ages ago about reputation. And I know Iβm pulling you into a chat you have 0 context about, but whatβs your take π

That's about right. Few of my thoughts - create leagues separated by influence reach, followers etc. And enable promotion / relegation ( duolingo model) - adding a bit complex metrics such as reach to follower ratio etc. as criteria for rewards
