It’s so easy! I didn’t even use a recipe for the is i just eyeballed it. 

Basically just a cold silken tofu then shook up a sauce in a jar that’s was ginger, garlic, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, red chili pepper, honey, scallions and a little bit of water. I put some fresh mint in this one too and it was good.
