do you ever have those spontaneously disastrous recipes, thrown together in a rush from the last bits of food in the fridge with the thought “maybe it’ll work”?

today, I ended up with one of those:

ramen noodles
canned lentils
pesto
gouda cheese

It looks like someone got really sick, but… it’s edible. wouldn’t recommend repeating it though 😂

The lentils are adding the healthy but nasty vibe 😅

Whenever I do something like that it usually includes leftover boiled potatoes and eggs 😅

As long as nobody know what is the dish made of, it often works 😂

It must taste weird, but maybe it’s just unfamiliar.
You could try making it again occasionally to get used to it. 🤣
