i don’t get it, why do I hear all the time from people who hire that it’s difficult to find employees while people without jobs saying there are no jobs?

There’s a gap, unrealistic expectations as well, especially on the side of people hiring. Hirers want a “swiss army knife” employee with 50 years of experience. Humans are considered numbers because money is involved and there’s really not consideration of person/tenacity. I saw a post recently on “dropping sacks from the team”, and the moment you consider someone a sack, you are a part of the problem.

i know very good people who hire and they even ready to pay, but just can’t find normal people without bullshit 🤦‍♀️
