Long discussion, but a master of a domain recognizes context instantly, say where you are in a symphony. Search for meaning is a search for well-fitted context,where internal model matches  external happenings.

Simplifying is a great way to find “fit”. The simpler the model, the more contexts that fit. Therefore lowers stress.
