Strongly agree. And the more radically decentralized, composable, immutable, and autonomous the base layer infra, the more the consumer-facing top layers can safely ignore all that and focus on UX

I think it's a great reminder that if you make the end user experience easy, it can be powered by crypto without anyone knowing or caring necessarily.

Disagree. On a long enough timescale, it’s both. 

Short term I agree with you. But also front ends are analogous to dumb terminals, they just do interaction. All the magic is in DeFi and wallets.

CB MPC and Argent are doing interesting work.  Even tools like Lido and RocketFuel fit into here too.

But much more to do. I believe the future looks like a complete abstraction of wallets on the front-end.

Thoughts on who you see doing interesting work in this space? CB MPC + access to dapps within CB app is sort of like this right?

dApps are a composition of centralized and decentralized layers.

Wallets are one of the weakest point in decentralized UX but innovations such as MPC and others could help.
