Most web3 companies today do brand marketing instead of product but it's not that brand marketing doesn't have it's place; it does it's just knowing wen to use what to recap, brand: one stop access to DeFi (1inch) product: get best prices in DeFi for traders and dapps (paraswap)

Still feel sponsoring events isn't going to provide the ROI even for a late stage company. ROI being txns increasing for their product what are your thoughts on it?

Maybe it doesn’t drive txns but it drives brand affinity turning more people into die-hard advocates? Berachain’s having a great run in Dubai atm. What are your views on doing events overall? Curious to hear!

afaik, Cartesi did events during Eth India with Superwomen DAO once I got to know about Cartesi from that event only and got interested since it was something Linux related :D

nope, I dont keep up to date. sometime cartesi's tweets come in my tl though more than retention, i think its the ecosystem apps as a whole which helps with retention. are there dapps which utilise cartesi? i can be wrong, since i don't have the experience in this, and these are my thoughts maybe we can chat more :)

Agree with that! Cartesi ecosystem apps are coming up (although something we were lacking for a while) - exciting times these days though, there are a few in the pipeline which should shake things up :) Always happy to chat more with marketers! Sorry, just replying now, have been travelling a bit this week!
