new frame! view your follower count over time as a graph

- Python with FastAPI
- hits Hubble's gRPC API
- data fetched on the fly, turned into pandas series and graphed with seaborn/matplotlib
- no svg! the graph output is rendered directly as an svg

Note that it can be a little slow to fetch the data if you have a lot of followers (the API paginates and returns 10k results at most, takes 2-3s to get each page).
