My old colleague works at near and personally messaged me and apologize and I really appreciate it that. I can’t imagine how it feels to be a woman and dealing with that at work.

it's also kinda depressing because I remember the first NEAR conference I ever was on was the most diverse crowd at any conference I had seen... They rly lost all of that in like 2 years and it's pretty ded now.
