i have had to take most of this week off from the gym because i absolutely pulled my back doing squats at the start of the week bros...it's over billions must die

felt even worse than the first day when i woke up this morning. i think im on day 3 or 4....like i definitely did it on monday but it wasnt too bad on tuesday so i pushed and went to the gym anyway and just tried to not involve my back much in the stuff i was doing (which wasnt smart) then felt even worse on wednesday than tues so i decided to take the rest of the week off and thursday was better than wednesday but today is worse than yesterday i need to sleep more, need more heating pad time too

I think you should try applying a warm water compress on your back, it's something I usually do if I experience the same thing you're experiencing, it might take 3 or 4 days of rest.
