Can anyone vouch for Bryan Johnson's Blueprint stack? Is it worth it at $343? Does it actually have a certain "completeness" to it, or is it just a collection of random stuff and you'd need to cherry pick a ton on top yourself?

My concern about blueprint is that it is tested only on him I guess. He is tested frequently but it may not be for everyone

Have you seen the free info? https://protocol.bryanjohnson.com/#blueprint-starter-guide Apparently you can source the food/supplements yourself

It’s pretty complete and nice to have all the supplements condensed into fewer pills than doing it yourself. However, they’ve not released the sci lit they’ve based their decisions on nor the CoAs. The olive oil quality is mid, but the blueberry mix is awesome. Looking forward to their super veggie mix.

I find the Ashwagandha dosage in the "Longevity Mix" drink is a bit high and a bit too psychoactive for me.
