Can anyone vouch for Bryan Johnson's Blueprint stack? Is it worth it at $343? Does it actually have a certain "completeness" to it, or is it just a collection of random stuff and you'd need to cherry pick a ton on top yourself?

My concern about blueprint is that it is tested only on him I guess. He is tested frequently but it may not be for everyone

Yeah, that’s one of my concerns too. While he was doing the public testing and supplement experiments, it kind of gave others a “blueprint” too on how to reproduce the tests and doses for themselves. Now it kind of went towards the one size fits all. Which is why I’m also weary these ar einly the generic crap.
