Did my first blood panel ever today... oh boy... I need less of you lot and more touching grass. 😬 Ordered vitamin D3 @ 2000 and K2 MK-7 @ 100 for starters. 😅 The bigger concern is very high LDL-C, no idea how to fix that yet tho :P

You totally can, eat a lot of avocados, whole grains, berries, salmon, sweet potatoes, and don’t drink anymore or limit drinking if you drink. Also, try and see if you can get out and get some natural son as well but yeah, I think vitamin D deficiency is at an all-time high for everyone.

imo the move would be to do less grains and processed foods, or none at all and switch to lean protein (even red meat) and get your carbs and sugars from fruit. Did amazing things for me
