The longer I fast in the evening, the better I sleep. I used to do 3 to 4 hours of fasting, but I've recently switched to ~7 hours and the improvements in HRV and restfulness are noticeable.

Interesting, have to try it more explicitly. For me personally, I've seen a correlation with working out a bit in the afternoon (5 PM) with sleep quality going up a ton. However, if I do any workout later, closer to 2-3h of sleep, my night's gonna be shiet.

Exercise is best done in the morning, or at least as far as away from sleep as possible.
