The Ethereum ecosystem seems to be gravitating towards 0 miner tips.

Geth fixing it's minimum tip enforcement to 1 gwei caused some outrage; blobs do not tip miners at all; and multi-dimentional gas might also not.

I'm worried this again favours MEV.

I do not consider myself to be an authority on making that decision for the ecosystem, but running with 0 miner tips will have notable effects on the centralization of block production IMO, so we should be deliberate about what we're running towards. So pls consider.

I don't think we need another tip parameter for blobs, one can just set the existing one higher? It would make sense for builders to require a higher minimum tip for blob transactions given the higher cost of processing them + bigger risk of missing the slot because of them.
