Ever since I ditched squats for more friendly/natural movements my strength and size have exploded. I tried for 10 years to perfect my squat form and just could never feel comfortable doing it. My max 1rm with back squat was ~350lbs.

my goal for this year is to do a proper nordic curl... it's not going great so far 😅

Proper without pushing off is hard af. good luck! Very humbling exercise.
