4 weeks out on my sprained wrist and I can almost do a push up without pain. A simple fractured wrist would have felt fine at least a week ago tendons are slow, bones are faster

Yeah goofed up my it band and it's been shocking how slowly it progresses. Just barely getting back to walking without pain after several weeks.

Blood flow is the issue, bones get more because structurally they must have that blood flow, tendons don’t and it’s blood that carries all the healing stuffs. To heal tendons you have to push them and aggravate them a bit just to get the blood to flow to them, super annoying

Haha yeah just tottering around the house has gotten plenty of aggravation. This week though I think it's finally time to start rehab exercises and ramping walking
