Long time no run. Today I tried to follow MAF method. Dont know whether Im right or not, but pace is so slow. I usually run 5km, pace 6-7 and heart rate about 160-170. According to MAF, I should keep heart rate at about 145 at my age?

It's very inaccurate to try to find MAF/zone 2 w/ heart rathe. Probably the easiest / best way to find zone 2 outside of a lab is the talk test — if it feels easy and you can talk comfortably than your at the right intensity. Also if you haven't been running for a while, you'd expect you'd be running slower

I'm a big fan as well of https://aiendurance.com/ for finding where your thresholds are at

I feel quite easy with this heart rate but not kind of exercise - like jogging. Should I run faster a little bit. Should I focus on distance or time
