sitting for long periods can cause back pain and poor posture here are 4 posture improving stretches to try! 1. shoulder rolls 2. hand behind head rotation 3. heart opener 4. hip bridges do each one for 30 seconds each have a restful sunday! ☺️

ahh i’m so glad it’s useful! i appreciate the feedback, i’m currently doing a personal training course and learning so much on how to reduce problems like back pain through mobility and strength exercises i will deffo share more of my findings over the coming weeks ☺️
