funny story about flavored vapes...i was once on a call where we ended up talking about the discontinued mango juul flavor and how they were going to great lengths to procure those specific carts from outside of the states.

yeah, lack of enforcement can heavily penalize companies that try to be on the up and up. 

to my understanding, there's only a few licensed re-sellers of carts in the states. these are the "up and up" businesses that all work with a specific company in china. 

in cannabis, especially the california market, there's a lot of companies that get knockoffs domestically or imported from china for much cheaper prices. due to heavy taxing + high startup costs, many cannabis companies feel compelled to use them to survive.

I feel really bad for Juul and actually agree with Reynolds here

Law abiding businesses shouldn’t be penalized because there are no enforcement actions taken against foreign violators 

Stupidity of the actual rule aside. I’ve seen people do crazy stuff for the special flavor zyns too
