for the most of my life, i played soccer. without any sort of formal training, but 5-6 times per week competitively with friends. i never lifted weights. and today i did it and discovered that there is a strong limiting belief that tells me βim weakβ, inside me, and that i dont have strength. that is a lie that im going to sweat, because it literally something that you can train in your body. and have that training transform that lie into an opposite reality, where the consequences of doing the work, and showing up, are what matters. not how much i lift but that i do my best. every day. with whatever is there to do that day. itβs not about the number. itβs about how you relate to the process

meaning.. the pleasure and the profit is in the process itself imo i don't even count repetitions or stuff like that.. who cares.. I just do it.
