Also, men can be so far removed from the process (even when it their child in some cases) that they don't feel the same connection to it as women generally do. It plays out like color commentary on an "activity" they will never endure or participate in. They have the ability to sit back as a spectator and have opinions, call balls and strikes, even dictate what rules are fair or unfair, but at the end of day have no idea what it truly means.
