This all day. No one is going to believe in your product or work harder to make it work than you do, so you have the right to refuse a pov when it's given to you. Flaming people that don't agree with you though doesn't help anyone. The skill required to navigate this is one I see so commonly held by people here on the purple app it seriously blows my mind. Makes me outrageously bullish that, that temperament is baked into the culture.

I think a big part of determining which feedback is useful includes focusing on the userbase you're building for, researching what their needs are, and then focusing on those needs. You end up getting so many types of feedback from many different people, but you gotta learn to filter and prioritize the feedback that's most important.
